A77 video recording using a remote control
Since the A77 does take excellent video I would like to be able to set the camera on a tripod and be able to use a remote to start and stop the video recording ( I am in Japan for 35 days on tour and wish to be in the video to introduce the scenes etc) the Canon has after market triggers for this and I am wondering if anyone has knowledge of anything for the Sony

AFAIK, there are no remote triggers yet for the a77 with which you could trigger the video. Only photos.
But who knows, maybe with the upcoming software...?
