A77 II micro focus setting

I've set my camera to correct for back-focus on my lenses. Do I now set the "AF Adjustment Set." to 'off', or do I leave it 'on' when shooting?

I believe once you have adjusted the focus tuning for a lens you must set the "AF adjustment" to ON otherwise it will not apply the setting to the camera when shooting.
