Anybody know just how large or a memory card I can use in the A580? I'm going on vacation and would like to pick up a few extras. Since they're so cheap now I thought I'd go for some of the bigger ones, but don't know what the limit is on the camera.

I have a 32G card, but can it take 64? 128? I can get class 10, 64GB cards for $22 for the store brand or $28 for the PNY and Samsung.

Don't have it any more to check but I have a feeling it was 32.
I use mainly Sandisk, Lexar or Trancend. A friend had a lot of issues with PNY SD cards in a point and shoot. He threw them away.

Well, I found something on a site that tried to give me an idea thru part numbers of what was compatible, and it seemed that 64 was okay. Then I saw in Kingston Memory's site that they sell 128GB cards that they claim work with them.

I ended up with 2 64GB cards, on a Samsung and one a PNY Elite. Put the PNY in and it was recognized and works, so I didn't even try the Samsung. the PNY tells me I can do something like 2800 RAW+JPEG on the 580, so I should be set!
