And this is a view of Normanton Church, well at least the half that survived when the area was flooded to create the largest man made lake in the UK - Rutland Water.

How big is the lake?
The surrounding should be marvelous.
And congratulations Brian, you're the first on "Welcome to my World" (I remember Elvis' song with the same name. DK made a great choice with the title).

Anyway, in answer to your question Rutland Water has a shoreline perimeter of nearly 25 miles and an area of 1215 hectares.

How could you sell your 7D hiccup!hiccup!hiccup!hiccup!hiccup! You should be taken out at dawn and shot. Never mind your photo is beautiful and worthy of being on first in this section.
