There is not a single answer for me.
most of the times I shoot cRAW+JPG for my personal work. (And/or film on 35 mm or 6x6)
If I'm shooting a small event for web-only publication I'll shoot XFine @ 6MP on the A700. For a big event I'll shoot XFine @ 12 MP. For a wedding I'll shoot the portraits and family shoots in cRAW+JPG and the rest on XFine 12MP

so: no answere for me
