Hello everyone, :)

Thank you all for your kind participation!

As usual, the submitted photos are pretty challenging to select from. There were 12 submissions in total and the polls will be run in two parts. Then there'll be a FINAL POLL, to which only the photos with highest vote rates will enter,so we can determine the winner.

Please vote in both parts to ensure a fair poll. : )

Good luck everyone! :D

Yildiz

Here are the links for each part:

Three rather scary close encounters Frank! Lovely lighting and colour quality, not to mention excellent distribution of sharpness.

Thanks David and Birma, I'm trying to improve my Macro skill picture after picture. The first two are crop near than 100% on the picture. Probably the next A77 will be better for this kind of work (instead having to play the gymnast to go on the floor and try to keep the good angle of view with the A900 View finder).

Congratulations Henry Richardson / Bakubo! :D

Your lovely shot which I had taken the liberty to name- rather shamelessy, I must say- is the winner of this challenge. I hope you don't mind. :D

Thanks to every one of our participating members who showcased yet an other bunch of hidden photos and voters who determined the winner. : ) We certainly had a good time.

See you all again in an other challenge! :D

Yildiz

Here's the winning photo by Henry Richardson.

Thank you, Henry for thinking so! :D

I just presumed that it was a 'she' ...but maybe those eyes belong to a 'he' ?

Thank you, Birma. :D

With your latest vacation still in the going and yielding such glorious shots, you could start a 'Skye Challenge' and win too. : ) Such a natural beauty resource that provides in abundance...

Fell in love with the islands and their surrounding seascape.
