Hi everyone,

Welcome to a new challenge that works around Valentine's Day or anything related all the valentines that are in love....

You're free to express your ideas and what you perceive that you think goes under this title. : )

My humble starter is of the Eclair plate that I actually baked as a challenge for myself; I wanted to see if I could actually make éclairs with nut-mixed bitter chocolate toppings. Well the taste is better than it looks.

Hope the challenge title inspires some thoughts...

Hi Mark,

No worries!

Actually, there was no condition that you or Doc should start a challenge with this particular title at this time. I still think that either one of you should take the initiative and start a challenge with a completely different idea for a second challenge, running along this one.
Two challenges might be more inspirational than a single one. I just didn't want to skip the 2013 opportunity for this title. The forum is slow both technically and member conribution-wise as it is. I wouldn't worry to much if the response was not awesome.

Whatever happens, I hope things run smoothly and fast.

How about a second challenge? A bird-related challenge perhaps? You seem to get some great birds' shots in your vicinity.
