Just noticed this section in the forum and happily have a photo to submit.
My wife and I visited a friend in Barcelona in mid November 2009. As we were visiting the magnificent park set up by Gaudi, called Parc Güell, I was taking pictures of a guy using a cool rope contraption to create soap bubbles for the kids. By chance, and only after I was looking at the photos on my computer, did I find this shot. Too bad there are some guys nearly hiding that Alpha shooter... The bubbles were photo candy for any photographer - you can see how many tourists with cameras were there...
Unfortunately I did not spot this girl on the day and therefore didn't have a chance to talk to her or refer her to this forum. She just happened to be almost on the same focal plane as that little bubble when I took the picture. Plus, who knows how my wife would react if I started chatting up pretty girls with Alpha cameras!
It was taken on my A700 with the 70-200G (Sony) lens. ISO 200, 1/1600 at f4.0.
If you have a chance to visit Barcelona, you should definitely head to this park even though it is quite a climb up a a hill by foot. The Gaudi influence is amazing and the view of Barcelona can't be beat. The park was named after a wealthy industrialist who gave Gaudi a major commission to develop a park in English garden suburb style.
