I have a KIRON AF TELE-CONVERTER 2X Mx-AF (MC7) and wonder if it can be used.
I thought I read somewhere that tele-converters can not be used on the LA-EA2 ?
So before I attach it can anyone give some advice
The Kiron has 8 pins (same as the lens side of the LA-EA2).
Thanks

Re: LA-EA2 with teleconverter
I did try a Kenko 2X teleplus MC4 DGX and an old Kenko x1.4 on my NEX7 + LE-AE2 + Tamron 70-200 f2.8 Macro and it did work perfectly. But I haven't really "work" with this combo...
I guess the Sony warning is more related with their own Minolta/Sony teleconverters and there is probably a mechanical issue, but I can not tell because I don't have any of those teleconverters

Thanks for reply, I tried it and it worked OK, couple of pictures taken with a Minolta 50mm f/1.4 and 28mm f/2.8 and the setup
