Firmware updates to NEX-6 and 5N

Have not had time to update my NEX-6 & 5N to latest firmware updates. Thought that David Kilpatrick had provided a guide to source and actual improvements somewhere, but I cannot find it anywhere. Maybe I am just looking at the right places.
Can anyone please provide me with links to NEX-6 & Nex-5N updates as well as anything that affects my lenses on NEX-6 and 5N these being 16-50 pancake, 55-210 tele zoom and 10-18 W/A zoom - all E mount. Anything affecting my LA-EA2?
