DPI settings for resampling?

Unread post by Dusty »

When resizing/repampling JPEGs for the web, should I use 72 DPI or 96 DPI? I've seen references to using both on other sites. Is there a general consensus on this?

Thanks,
Dusty
An a700, an a550 and couple of a580s, plus even more lenses (Zeiss included!).

It makes no difference, they are always displayed at 1:1 pixel size. I always set 72dpi. Many screens these days are anything up to 140dpi, with high-res laptops.
