Setting work from with DxO Optics Pro Elite and Noise Ninja

Hi

I have tried out Optics Pro with Film Pack and like it for most images processing from a Raw. I do not like its processing of noise and plan to use Noise Ninja for noise processing. Any one here use these? I am wanting to set them up to bulk process shoots. And looking for suggestions on smooth way and quick way to do this. Any suggestions?
