Microsoft ICE woes

I have been using Microsoft ICE for my Fogo Island panoramas for a long time, and have never had any complaints with it whatsoever... until now! About a month ago I downloaded the latest version (1.3.5.0) and it is NOWHERE near as good as the previous version. Trouble is, the new version overwrote the old one, and I have since been searching high and low all over the net for the previous one, to no avail.
If anyone knows how I can get my hands on the previous one (not sure of the version number, but whatever it was prior to about a month ago) I would be very grateful. I can't get the new one to do half as good a job as the old one. Very frustrating! I would give my right arm to have someone email me a copy!
