If it's on Adobe Labs (rather than Adobe.com) then these are just release candidates, not the final releases (which can be expected to appear four weeks after the release candidate versions).

Sometimes, new cameras are inofficially supported by new ACR or LR versions ... that means the raw files can be read but the functionality has not been thoroughly tested yet. These inoffically supported cameras won't appear in the list of supported cameras. So just try a NEX-7 raw file—maybe it works ... or maybe not.

Nex7 is the same exact raw format as the a77. The format is well supported in Lr3.5 already. Just edit the corresponding EXIF tag, easy.
