Unfortunately I had the wrong date for the Memorial Ride. Frank was the President of the
Catwalkers MC. Burnaby BC. Over the more than fifty years I knew him. One Hell of a Guy!

Screen shot off video clip.

Beautiful cars. In the first picture, for some reason, the white balance is strange, asphalt of a green tint.

I did notice the green tint it was cloudy had it on daylight. Cloud might have helped?

They was taken at the sports centre where Franks Celebration of life was held almost 400
friends and associates were there. Lots of great car & bikes.

Here is a green truck for you. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hi David Antony;

Those are some great car parts and cars… Nicely taken as always. :)
The motorcade to Frank Kirby's memory is solemn and impressive.
Are you sure that the green truck is just a truck? :) It appears as though it has its own ocean-view apartment on top... and also reminded me of the giant trucks on planet Pandora, in the movie Avatar.

Thanks Yildiz

Took the southern route to Calgary on the 11th, and took this
at Sparwood. The coal they mine is shipped to Roberts Bank
here in Tsawwassen. Where it is shipped to Japan.

The size of that truck is mind boggling, David.

Doesn't Terex make (one of) the largest trucks ever? They are used for hauling
ore from mines, to the best of my knowledge.

It was the largest when placed there around 1991. there are larger ones now I think.?
These were used in mining coal.

From tourist info

Sparwood promotes itself extensively as the home of the Terex Titan, at one time the largest truck in the world. The green Titan, in service at Sparwood between 1978 and 1991, stands a few yards from the Crowsnest Highway where it can attract the attention of tourists and travelers. The adjacent tourist information centre serves visitors to the district municipality and the wider area.
Sparwood is distinguished by mural art which depicts something of the history of the former Michel-Natal mining communities.

Cuba's colourful cars are always interesting, ValeryD. :)
They certainly love candy pink and pastels.

Thank you! They have more and more new cars there, not US, from Europe, Asia (China, Korea).

These are all lovely, ValeryD. :) Nicely observed.
The second and third photos are gems, in my opinion, for the subject matter.
