I'd say crop a bit. At the moment I get the feeling that you have too much empty space in the foreground. Nice pic!

That's a pretty nice exposure! You captured excellent light on the ship without too much wave-blurring in the water. I like the composition but it wouldn't be bad if a little from the bottom was cropped out...perhaps made into 16x9 format?
