As for Roger's photos I roger everyone's sentiments. :D

Dusty, the flower was that dark and it becomes lighter as it blooms. I did not do any PP
and will check if I had vivid set.

Roger - beautiful and inspirational shots. I think the snow drop is my favourite, with the droplets of water, but all three are lovely. Thanks for sharing those and I hope we can look forward to more?

Psst....How do I upload photos here, without firefox or foxfire crashing? I have tried twice last night, and 3 times this morning. Maybe I am messing something up, or is it something else? Thanks guys & gals.

Sincerely,

Rosemarie

Just tell me if you are going to link it from the web or upload it from your own files from your computer?

Lovely flowers, Aster. The tulips remind me of the Luxembourg Gardens in Paris. I was lucky enough to be there one year when they were a-poppin'!

Thanks Dusty, :)

Tulips have majestic appeal when they pop at the same time. Your garden must be getting ready for spring as well. :)

1- Click on the Full Editor (at the bottom of the page, beneath the "Quick Reply" window) and you'll have a new window
2- Just below the main Reply window you'll see "Upload attachment", so browse in PC, find the file to be attached (let it be lower than 200KB) and click.
3- After a while (regarding the connection speed) you'll have it attached
4- Click on "Add the file"
5- Click "Submit"

I particularly like the tulips! Soon be the season for them in my garden - they're just starting to bud :)

Lovely colours Yildiz - Magnolia trees I see here are usually pale pink, but that wine-red colour is amazing. I like the tulip shot especially, with the flowers marching off in to the distance. As Roger says, the tulips (and magnolias) are still buds here, but not too long :D

Wowzer! love those Tulips Yildiz, (Magnolias too), I'm amazed that things are flowering there so soon, it's still quite cold by our standards...if the overnight temp is below 10 C I don't think anything much flowers here.
Greg

Some powerful shots there Roger, and very nice work as well Birma, a pleasure to look at.

Thank you Roger, Birma and Greg :D

Looking forward to your newly-blooming tulips over at your end. Roger's attentive wife definitely grows them to look as winners! :D Her hard work pays off!

It's pretty sunny and warm by annual avarages Greg and tulips are tough flowers. They can surprise you with their gimmicks of untimely growth or enchanting colours. And they do pose the illusion of a marching joyous band of some Flower Kingdom that's not for the human eye to see. :D

Thanks,

Yildiz

Well, i must admit, i'm not much into flowers photography. Not that i don't like it ... it's more because i don't have a macro and i think that the photos loose the beauty of the plant/flower if we don't get it right.

But yesterday, as i was waiting for my brother, i took this from our garden ... nothing big but ... both pictures tell us a sign ... Spring is here...
