taken down the cliffs of rockingham during sunset, i have to handhold the camera at a shutter speed of 1/4sec because the waves were kicking my tripod off, before i lose the golden glow of light on the rocks

Hi aa - love the movement in the water in combination with the great light and colours. Your grip is as steady as the rocks in the picture .

That's a good one, the shutter speed almost stopped the waves further away and got the flow effect nearer at hand, very nice.
