The Ibis was back yesterday, I hadn't noticed him around for a while, thought he might have gone AWOL. Greg A100 KM100-300apo Attachment:

Lovely detail in the plummage Doc - really nice study of the wings and wing feathers.

A Pheasant flew down near me today chasing a grasshopper while I was working, so I downed tools and edged past it to go and get the camera, luckily it stayed there but it had eaten the grasshopper by the time I got back. Greg A700 KM18-200 Attachment:

Another very striking bird for your back garden Greg - You'll need to set up a hide and charge admission soon .

Great grab there Greg. Too bad the grasshopper disappeared somewhere?
Besides the ticket box, you'll need a bird blind for viewing birds so to not disturb them. ;^)
