Seconded! Some serious work went into that cake! Was is as good as it looks?!

@Dr. Harout: nice sculpture, although it temps the viewer to take a sip of Martini, I find the statue of the man between the "2" and "0" a bit disturbing. Is this the new shocking advertising campaign governments are trying to keep kids and young adults from drinking too much?  Very effective! :D

Lovely shots all. : ) Very Christmasy...

Birma, the cake looks very appetizing all on its own among the rest of the beautifying table settings. :D Hopefully you'll enjoy it later.

Dr. Harout, that's one chilly find of a sculpture. : ) Very fetching, since you personally like a good booze....

One with my new ´street camera´, the Sigma DP2x, shot on December 27th last year, on the Champs Elysées in Paris. It was a misty and rainy day, but that was OK with the season.

This Challenge is now officially closed! In the next few days we'll get to the judging section.

Thanks to all who participated.

Hi Dusty, :D

You've been a while. Is everything alright at your end?
Is there any way that I could be of help with the progression of this challenge or do you have everything covered?

Let me know if you require a poll to be started or anything else if you think that you're tight with time, please. : )

I hope all family and yourself are doing just great and that there's nothing to worry over... : ))

Actually, I'm fine, just BUSY! My Dad died right before Christmas, then my Aunt a week later, and I'm on 2 tight deadlines at work, so I'm a bit overwhelmed, but will get to putting up the pool soon.

Aster, if you want to do it, feel free. That may get it along quicker!

Thanks,
Dusty

Hi Dusty,

Good to hear that you're fine.
My condolences go out to you and your family. No doubt you were overwelmed. Sorry to hear of your losses.

No, it's not about me wanting to do anything about this challenge to make things quicker or not. It's about what you wished to do with the challenge all along and you are free to do as you like with it. There actually is no deadline here or a need to rush.
I just wanted to let you know that you can ask for any assistence while you run the full process of the challenge IF you think that it's necessary.

Take care and best of luck.

Yildiz
