Andy,
Aah, yes, Talisker. The first shot reminds you of the very first drink of the evening, rough on the edges but soft inside with that slightly sharp foreground. By the time you get to second shot (pun intended :D ) it is all mellow, smooth and serene.

Valery, I like the treatment, espically soon after seeing Andy's "low keyish" shots. It was as if I ate dark chocolate first and switched to milk chocolate with caramel.

A shot from my visit to the Seychelles earlier this year.

They are landing Tuna straight in to the canning factory on the dock.

.

Good processing and interesting shot of an operation related to fish canning. The fish couldn't have been fresher.

Thanks for sharing, Ossie.

Here is one I got earlier this summer. I have tons of photos I've taken this summer. Just need time to post them.

I like the concept here Ken, but I feel there is more dark than I like to see. I am wondering
if a tighter crop on top, right and bottom would benefit the image. Just my $0.02 worth.
I hate to print it the way it is, unless I have a spare black cartridge handily available.

I tend to agree with it being to dark. I just did this one from the last trip to see the grandkids. We stopped at a museum in Bismarck. When I get the T Rex done I'll post it to.

A remake of the old gas station. The wife didn't like it at first also.

That is a massive beast.
I like this one better. The PP you did works much better in this version.

Hey, Thank you for the great eye. I have to admit that you were totally correct about the first one.

Nice work Ken. Great image. That red to the right of the structure is a nice touch.
