Loch Duich

Unread post by Birma »

A photo, taken last year, but only processed recently. Dawn light over Loch Duich in NW Scotland. A fabulously photogenic area. Just down the road from Eilean Donan castle and the Isle of Skye one way, and the Five Sisters of Kintail and Glen Shiel the other way.

Dr Harout, for me Andy shows off the north west area very well, it is our favourite area of Scotland.
If you ever get the opportunity try to avoid the summer as the whole area is invaded by trillions of small biting insects called midge. They make life a misery. Easter is a good time to go to avoid this.
