Thanks for the positive comments Yildiz.Yesterday was a printing disaster. Lots of black head-strikes. Black ink all over the place. Wasted much paper and ink. The only good outcome was I've now got an A2 print of the coloured version.regards - PeterStatistics: Posted by dewarp — Fri Apr 20, 2018 7:06 am

.Thanks for sharing such lovely and interesting landscape photos of Namibian desert-like land expansions. I enjoyed them as soon as I saw them. I love how the B&W photo has been processed so that it is more of an art-work. Those many subtle lines of millions of monochromic shades add to the interest.I like the […]

.What a lovely cat and what beautifully-coloured eyes!Definitely well-concealed from any predator as well as preys in the newly-found camouflage. Thanks for sharing, Barry. Henry, I remember seeing these shots earlier in other thread, right after you made that trip. I like everything about the photos for revealing what's happening in the least accessible parts […]

Sony is ready to launch a GPS module

Sony can make GPS work. They pioneered it in the A55, refined it in the A77, A65 and A99 – and abandoned it without a word in all later A-mount cameras and the entire E-mount series. But they prepped the Multi Function Accessory Shoe to be used with a GPS module – and I believe . . . → Read More: Sony is ready to launch a GPS module

NEX-5 live sound

I’ve been using the NEX-5 with accessory mic – and sometimes, by forgetting to bring it, without. Today we had the Ripon City Morris side in town, and I was taking still shots using the Nikon D3X with the new Nikkor 85mm f/1.4 AF-S G lens. The NEX was grabbed as an afterthought for video.

SONY Alpha prices are now the lowest of any competing DSLR system – for current-model bodies – on the UK market. Eyepiece magnifiers for the Alpha DSLRs

The launch of the Alpha 350, with its small 0.74X viewfinder, makes a proper eyepiece magnifier attachment an essential addition to the Sony accessory range. Olympus, Nikon and Pentax all have such magnifiers, which permit a full view of the screen for most wearers and make all the difference to the manual focusing and general . . . → Read More: Eyepiece magnifiers for the Alpha DSLRs
