As much as it would be cool for all of this to be true that was posted in this post... it just cant be. I love Sony but I highly doubt that they are just Murdering anyone. The A900 is absolutely killer but it isnt absolutely the God of the DSLR world. I am a hardcore Alpha-ite... but I will say this...

Can we safely say that we need to test out the A900's RAW files! Lets just face it... who buys a 25mp DSLR, and shoots JPEG for commercial work... not very many I'm sure. The A900's strength will be in the fact that it lets studio lighters on commercial shoots go ballistic with cropping, its awesome...

people... i love what i'm seeing so far from the A900. I do lots of studio work now and i'm shooting fashion imagery outdoors where I will rarely have to go to ISO 800 (mostly up to ISO 200). I appreciate the sony noise look for MOST purposes. I'm sure that one firmware upgrade will knock down noise...

All this sounds great. Only 2 things remain...PRICE, image quality! I dont care whats happening on the features side because (its really a pumped up 24.6 MP version of the A700 with a full frame sensor). Obviously this feature will be low end which is why it has been added to the D90 instead of D700. The real question is.... since Nikon uses Sony sensors, is this a sign of what will come to us happy Sony users? I think a Sony A450 probably would have a much improved version... what do you think?

The scariest thing I can think of is Sony saying okay... if your a pro you have to buy the A900 series DSLR for full frame and pro status.
