I have a 16-80 and a 70-210.

Ive never thought I would have this problem although maybe a blessing? I got the 100mm 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago I got the 50mm for dirt cheap. Is it an overkill to have both? Do I need to sell it seeing that I am still a student in need of cash?

Congrats, I have to brag as well. I have won my first photography competition! Yeah! And my long awaited Macro 100m is coming tomorrow!

I want to start with macro photography. Is the rinhflash of any use? I've read David's article regarding Sony, and in it he made a comment that the ringlight is not helpfull. Any expierence with this light?

Is this a good lens. I am able to buy this lens second hand. The Sony 70-400G is not yet in South Africa, and from what I have heard would sell for $2400 USA.

I think I will go for the Sony 100mm macro.

Hi there I know this is a well debated topic. Which macro lens to buy! Sony 100mm or the Sigma 105mm. I would prefer the best. Seeing that there is a slight chance of a 200mm macro comming from Sony-Is it better to wait? I have read Dyxum reviews, but still I am confused. Strange how I trust opinion...

Video, lv, ISO and allot more. To be honest I thought the A 700 would have had a gps in. What I would like to see, is all of those promised lenses to come to light. Hi there. Using a flash seems to complicate everything! Equipment Alpha 700 16-80 F3.5-4.5 HVL 56 Flash I am struggling taking pictures on the dance floor whith poor light. Sometimes it is whashed out and other times it is so noisy and dark! ISO is never higher than 640-800. I prefer 400 Any suggest...

I am with you on that one! Sony for serious! For that we need lenses! All though for me as a student who cant afford it, just to dream about it! Cause todays dreams, are tomorrows reality!
