there might be a way at the repair facilities but other than that there is no way for a user to know for sure.

Re: Image quality of A33
The first shot was a beercan shot not much you could do there the second thouh I wuld have shot wide open with that lens and used a lower ISO. ISO 1600 and ISO 800 are good in certain situations but I would not expect good colour I see nothing else wrong wiht these though.

Re: SLT mirror removal made easy
Is it me or does that camera look awefully dirty for one thats only a few weeks old. My A700 isn't that dirty and it's never really been cleaned.

Re: SLT a55
My SRt works fine without batteries.. but it would cost a fortune to make now. some of the parts are leather too which means it comes with cute little naked PETA protestors

Re: SLT a55
FWIW the EVF is a Lot simpler system with fewer parts and probably less problematic short term than the OVF is. if your goal is the KISS principle then it's not here in this part of the device.

Re: Traveling in Vietnam
really.. well Maybe i'm trying to make sense of your situation. You complained for what you say is a year and a half about this cameras problems and then seemed to act surprised that it didn't fix itself on your most recent trip? then you act rude to anyone else who tried to help?

Re: Traveling in Vietnam
Didn't they fix it beyond the warrant period for you once already, and for free? seems they were very accomodating for you before, I see no reason to beleive that they wouldn't have made it right for you. why wouldn't you have gotten the wheels fixed again before you took this trip? seems to me thin...

Re: A7xx
Not really for or against but comparing the EVF on my A200 and A70 to my X700 it made me realize the OVF is seriously compromised already anyway. so if there not going to put 100% prism finders on the A7xx series then i'd likely prefer the EVF. I used the EVF on my F171 and it worked fine for what I...

Re: A77 - Nearly here
The problem is they wouldn't have sold any. if the cameras were equal people would just buy the Nikon. A mount users would be very happy... all 8 of them would buy one too probably. then they would sit for a year until they get cleared out ... Sony are too scared to go head to head with Nikon. How m...
