I may have a try at adjusting the distortion is PSE 11, as it does look a bit odd!

And thanks, about the Picture of the Day. I still get the same thrill from seeing my images there as I did the first time I had one published.

Nasa has released images captured by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter showing what the moon would look like if it rotated in Earth orbit. Fascinating!

It's also as Yildiz said, it's all about the symmetry. Something that always fascinates me.
