I have been shopping for an ultra wide prime for some time. I wish Sony made something wider the 20mm but I settled for the Sigma 14mm. I can't figure why Carl Zeiss didn't make a 15mm in Sony A mount. It don't matter I don't have three grand for a specialty lens any way. Maybe I can do some testing...

My a850 has already been to service once, new pentaprism, so I pre ordered the a99 and grip. I have way to much invested in Sony to quit now.

Thanks Yildiz, Thanks Doc. I did a levels adjustment before print so the BG was a little brighter. The sky was very dark grey due to a storm that had moved through. This is a replacement sky. I love PhotoShop..

I got one of those Gary Fong Cloud gadgets and I am suppose to be able to put the dome over the lens and fire a shot away from the subject and custom set the white balance. How do I do this with the a850? Exactly every step please.

I took this at 300mm on my a77 so it was more like 450mm. I took it with a Sony 70-300mm G series lens. This is one amazing lens as in large print I can make out nails on the post holding the tin top. I had to be a good 200 yards away.
