Re: Lightroom - Exporting ARW files with adjustments
When making adjustments to raw files that are no DNG files then the adjustments will get stored either in XMP side-car files or in the central Lightroom database. Check your Lightroom preference settings to find out which option is selected! In order to be able to transfer the images files includin...

Re: Building 'camera native' profiles for ACR/Lr, here's how
What am I supposed to compare this to?
I don't see anything special about the image except for the green cast in parts of the yellow object.

Re: Where To Look for Winston's Photos ? : )
As I said before, I am the only person in the world having a problem with this site.
The problem is browser independent. I find IE8 to be marginally faster then FF3.6.

Re: Where To Look for Winston's Photos ? : )
I don't think anything is going to change. I seem to be the only one having the problem and I have had it for months. It's the only site I that I have this problem with.

Hi Yildiz, I haven't disappeared. I try to log-on here everyday. Due to some incompatibility, I have not been able to do so reliably for months. Because of this, I have been reluctant to post anything that might invite conversation because of my inability to participate. The situation has become bet...

Re: Lightroom - Exporting RAW files with adjustments
You can "Export as Catalog". Be sure to turn on "Export negative files". Then import the exported catalog into the catalog on your desktop. Another option is to "Save metadata to file" on your laptop. This will create sidecar files, one for each raw file. Then import th...
