How do I resize my images & send them to Photclubalpha please and what's the best size to send?

If you are talking about the Gallery, you should resize the images using any normal method (best is probably Bicubic Sharper in Photoshop, or just the default resizing in Elements, PSP etc) to 600 pixels on their longest dimension. Gallery incorporates an upload function and it will resize anything too large for you, but to save bandwidth it's best to do that first.

If you want to submit exceptional images for consideration in our printed magazine, you should first make a Gallery here, and send me an email asking me to look at the images in a small size. If we feel we can include a picture in our open gallery pages of the magazine, I will ask you for a highe resolution file to be sent directly to me. If you are not already a magazine subscriber, a subscription will be given for any image/s used (sometimes, we use a pair of shots together from one photographer to make a comparative point).

ok i've tried resizeing in more ways and i want to ask u david witch one of this two pictures would u think is best resize?!

because first is resize with bicubic best and the second with bilinear and i don't know what to think because it seems to me that the second one is better......

P.S. I hope i am allowed to post here the links if not sorry about it....

I'd say the first is better for robustness of detail - bilinear may look slightly finer, but it tends to give the image a slightly 'shifted detail' look, as if seen through a grating. Either would do fine for Gallery purposes. You really don't need to worry that much, a good picture is what counts most.

I use that one too... very simple and easy to use.
