problems with macro

hey. can anybody give me a simple advice. i`m a beginner in photography.what i do is commercial photography of watches. i was doing pictures with sony a200 wit 18-200 lens + plus cheap wide anlgle macro lens... below link to one of mine picture

then to improve my work i purchased sal50m28 sony macro lens....
and since then never made good quality picture (below link for example...) pictures are not so clear...:(

what should i do to make this picture look sharper and clearer...

On the first photo you are using ISO 100 whereas in the second you're using ISO 3200 - it will help to use a lower ISO. You are also using f32, at very small apertures diffraction spoils definition, I would suggest opening this to f16. A tripod will be mandatory.
