A few photos from a recent trip starting in Hungary and travelling through Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania
For some reason this view just appealed to me as we departed from Budapest cruising by on the Danube. I didn't think a "straight" photograph suited the image and so I have given it the feeling of a drawing. I think I counted 13 tower cranes.
The beautiful old town of Osijek in Croatia. Many buildings still showed the scars of the bitter war that followed the break-up of the former Yugoslavia.
The Black Sea at Varna. I'll leave it to the viewer to give it a title

Love them all Ossie. I like the treatment in the first one.
The (mostly) empty square/plaza was an interesting juxtaposition
of a typical scenario where they are usually bustling with people
and activity. As for the third one I am happy to call it (human) Nature.

Ossie,
They are becoming more and more enjoyable. The candids are lovely. Riding two horses simultaneously is dangerous enough.
Eight of them? Scary.

Nice photos!
I have been to Hungary twice, but haven't tried a Danube cruise. Should do it someday. I want to visit Romania too.
