It sure gives a nice bokeh (mainly because of tilting the flat focus plane). With APS-C sensor it gives nice possiabilities to introduce smooth out-of-focus areas in pictures (and more so with full frame). Really a new tool in a toolbox, since it can be used to make visuality that isn't possible with normal 'straight' lenses. I already like it a lot, but I need to get used to it a bit more to really learn what I can do with it. Still adjusting myself, I guess.
Sury, Edge 80 certainly is a kind of tilt/shift lens offered by Lensbaby. Since you ask about it, I makes me think you haven't read the post I've made so far. In my 'Season of Tilt', I'm also introducing Lensbaby lenses and if you want, you can start reading from
