I understand...
Such roads can make one trail into a sense of oblivion or loss, make sleepy and lose control on the steering wheel even...and white of the snow can be most hard on the eyes.

Good eyeglasses that reflect the hazardous light, good boots, warm clothes and a good vehicle with good tires are must-haves. :) And a good map of course, if not GPS navigation system.

You are quite right Yildiz. This kinds of roads are making the driver to get sleepy but in the one which I post the first one definitly will keep the driver awake because of its hardness. Actually for drivers polarized sunglasses are recommended in extremal snow and sun situations which decrease the reflections from snow and decrease the contrast on the borders of sun-shade.
