Shots with Sony a55, Minolta 50mm f1.7

Anna, that's a very beautiful shot. What I like most is how the tree with its branch and the wall on the right create create a nice frame. But, that small line of black at the right of the wall is a bit distracting, don't you think?
How about cropping it just a bit?
And I really hope David won't tell me I'm wrong...

I tried to crop it, then I decided to leave it as it is... I think it gives some space. Maybe I am wrong. But I left it to your consideration

Just for fun, I played around a bit with cropping it, and I agree that it's better as is -- even though you're not cropping it much, the crop changes the feel of the picture quite a bit (or seems to me like it does me, anyway). As is, it's very loose and casual, but the crop loses (at least some of) that. I think it's very nice exactly as it is.

I also think that it is nice as it is. I don't like editing pictures, I mean I like to leave them as they are. In some cases editing is necessary though.
