Thank you for the info on the location, Sury. :) Much appreciated as always. I always loved Alaska but you made us love Alaska, more and more....

Remarkable piece of land; so natural and full of intriguing land formations.

I tried to download the small file from the link. I believe that the computer and the actual stitching software really had a trying time while processing. There appears to be land features that are repeated with no actual sense of cohesion or relation, which shows that the software had overlooked some of the more intricate photos that might be accommodating the more relevant land pieces/extensions. Signs of how difficult an analyzing task it has been for the computer and the software.

Still a very good photo, Sury, especially the mountain ranges are majestic. :)

Thank you for sharing.

Yildiz,
I noticed that with sky and mountains on the upper left on Thursday and could not get my Photoshop to open the file. I was able to open it in ImageReady but not in PS. After trying multiple things and Google search I found out that PSD format cannot handle more than 30,000 pixels on any one side. I had 60K pixels and had to redo the stitch with half the scale. Now that I know the 30K limit, I am panning to resize the images even smaller and try it. So it was the case of PS completely "broken" with my image. :-)
