1. That Baklava looks fantastic - yummy, yummy, yummy :D
2. Agree that the second #1 looks better.
3. Yildiz could launch her own magazine and do the writing, cooking and photography!
4. Welcome back Greg! (Just in time for desert :D)
5. Did I mention that the Baklava looked yummy?

You bet, I do. Not only the butter but also the quantity of honey or sugar may differ as well. Nevertheless, I more than sure that yours are premium delicacy.

Hello and thank you all very much! :D

I will gladly take the credits and am grateful for the compliments on the Baklava photos but I can't own up to the making of this Baklava as I got help from some people who are very good at making it. : )

They made sure I have the right amount to serve the dessert photos to you and to have me eat some at home too! : )

I'm still practicing my butter dough skills and when I make at least one of the Baklava recipes all on my own at home, in my own kitchen, I will photograph each stage and the result to share with you and to hear your critiques. I may not have you wait long! : ))

The pizzas were made by me; from the mixing of the dough to special tomato sauce and preparing all the other ingredients too. : ) I really sweated that one out!

Thank you all for the support! I may start my own magazine as you said, Birma. :)) I like kitchen adventures and getting flour all over my face and the kitchen floor! And if it's a windy day...then all over the house and on the furniture too! : )

Yildiz, try to do that with your remote trigger wrapped in cellophane.

Which will be very practical and neat indeed!
Thank you for the reminder Dr. Harout.: ))

We don't want a flour-coloured A100 and CZ 16-80mm, do we? :D That much creativity may not be approved by the Sony development department. I'm sure they have better colours in mind for their Alphas... : )
