Since last year there have been public service announcements on TV over and over and over warning people. :)
We cut over here in Hawaii about noon yesterday. Went smooth with very few problems, at least that is what today's newspaper said. The article mentioned there was a crew from Japan watching and learning since they will cut over in 2011.
