The street scene including the nonchalant Johnny evokes such a nostalgia for me.
It transported me back in time. Andy, that itself should make Johnny's car worthwhile.
It may not take you from point A to point B, but certainly capable of time travel.

Good one caporip.
I am wondering if the image would be more effective if the white part of the
background is less overexposed. Due to lack of pattern or structure like the ceiling,
to me it seems a bit more like a white smear and distracting.

I agree with Sury, the white does distract a bit from the subject. I do like the composition. The statue does really pop.

@sury: great pose indeed and a genuine smile to boot! Was your wife as reluctant as your daughter every time you pop up with that 'darned camera' around your neck?

@Kevin: is the scooter a popular method of transportation where you live? Here it's especially popular with teenagers and people who work in very crowded areas (like I do).

She is more reluctant and camera shy than my daughter. It was a rare moment that she is relaxed
and more over this is right after she worked in the backyard. So no make up, no dress up and such.
It was in some sense a "candid" shot, if you will.
