is a private golf club located just west of Richmond, Virginia. I was lucky enough to play there yesterday. What a beautiful place.
As we were walking, taking the big and heavy a99 was not an option. Instead I appropriated the wife's RX100 vii. It fit in my pocket. What a treat. Mid-day lighting was challenging for the sensor but curable in post production.

.

It's breathing fresh life...

You must have reversed any aging process, JBTaylor. :) I like the ones of the stream most as well but are nicely captured. The building, the clock and the waterway make for a very vintage English property look...

Thanks for sharing,

The folks that put this together got it exactly right. I am still thinking about the place.
The cooler full of ice and ripe apples on the 12th hole was a nice touch.

Old saying: "Distance and time make the heart grow founder". :)

Thank you for the kind words, Sury! :D I missed the forum. You guys kept it pretty upbeat, no matter what and the photos are just great and kept pouring.

JB has a way of finding more secluded yet precious premises for enticing photography. I'm glad and grateful you guys are out there as the sane and gentle humans of this Earth of ours. You all are a couple of gems. And I'm also glad Valery is doing wonderfully after his medical intervention.

Got to choose an Avatar for myself and start anew!
