Colour and the type of rose significantly different from from the roses I saw over here...
It's a beautiful rose and looks even more enticing and gentle thanks to that 135 mm.

Thanks for sharing, JBTaylor. :D May your middle-life crisis be addressed by shooting beautiful creatures as these, if there's any ... :)

Although an educated brain can perceive that these inner parts belong to a rose, the abstract elements due to colour distribution and shapes are dominantly there ...

I love the colours and how they blend and flow around each other very much.

Thanks for sharing, JBTaylor. :)

Very nice image. I like it. I think Rorschach or a Picasso of photography. I feel, that macro photography is a tool of abstract art.

Recently I visited Albany, NY to attend my daughter's commencement and conferring of her PhD. Albany has a park where they plant Tulips every year and this time caught them before they take them off. All with A99M2 and Sigma 17-35.

Sury, nicely observed ... :)

Those are some spectacular Tulips and Muscaris; and neat that a park has so many varieties ...

Thank you Fotogeorge.
Sury, you probably didn't get the time you wanted with these subjects. Looks like there was plenty of opportunity. Hopefully you have more.

Thank you Yildiz and JT. We were adrenaline drained. This was after the graduation ceremony of my daughter.

JT, I really like those details mixed with the colors of each flower.

Sury, looks like a beautiful garden. Glad you got to see the tulips so you could share them with us.
