Sury

Thank you, Sury; :D

You and other forum members always make me smile. :D

I'll not disappoint you; Salad had a good amount of nuts and dark chocolate grates, some healthy fats, just barely ... :)

I am crazy about nuts: cashews, almonds, pecans, pistachios, macadamia, walnuts, peanuts.... Love chocolate too.

First harvest looks delicious! :)

Didn't you once mention that you do videos of your culinary skills? Is there anything on-line that you would care to share? :D

Thank you, Sig; 😃

I did shoot and edit some, you are right, but I never uploaded any of them to the Internet yet. The files are big too. I'll see if I can find one moderately long and upload to YouTube or something... If and when I do I'll drop a line here. Thank you for the thought! 🌞🙃😊

😊 Thanks, Sury!

I poured the water myself ... out of my respect for you, I could never think along your lines but you bring a lot of laughter with your kind comments to this forum! 😉😃

Thanks again,

I have been "experimenting" with craft cocktails and my variations on classics as well.
These are more of a record of what went into the cocktails and not food photographs per se,
that we see on this thread. I profoundly apologies for leaving "bad taste" in your mouth for the
less than mediocre food photos posted here.

My take on Aviation cocktail. Shall we call it Aviation version2.0? I replaced Maraschino liquor with Pomegranate liquor, added simple syrup and chili bitters.

My own concoction based on whisky and other mixers in the pantry. A take on Old Fashioned but more layered.

Take on the Between the sheets cocktail.

Good to see your formula-inventive style of making your own cocktails, Sury.

Finally, you at least contributed! :) These indeed take some thought and designing before served ...

No need for apologies for the distinctive difference to food as we know it.

Thanks for sharing,
Yildiz

Valery, Sig, and Yildiz,
Thank you, all. It was a "spirited" endeavor that I enjoyed very much. Especially during the intense lock down period in the last 12 months.
