Wonderful shots. Very "tastefully" done, no pun intended. Hmmm. Food shots. That's one genre I have NOT yet explored.
I guess it is about time to take a bite of those delicacies.

Thank you, Sury;

How about starting off in your own pace? :)
Looking forward to your experimentation ...

Yildiz, those are some great food shots and they make me hungry. My food photo isn't as professional, but the food was excellent. Typical Peruvian food: potato casserole, fried pork, green rice (cilandro) with chicken, and rocoto relleno (stuffed hot pepper).

I realize there may be side effects to viewing food photos and here I come with the solution and recommendation
... :)

Beetroot flavoured rice with shredded chicken in tahini, crushed walnuts and sesame seeds.

What to do after viewing the photo : grab a 1 Kg or 1,5 Kgs dumbbells and walk around the lawn / garden for 15 minutes minimum and drink lots of refreshing water or lemon water. :D Samples can be seen in 2nd photo.

Bon Appetit and good light exercising... Enjoy! :D

You are killing us with food shots, Yildiz. :D
I am carrying those dumbbells (now around 3Kgs) around my waste. Do I still need them? :lol:

And your answers are killing me! :D
They say exercising with temporary weight can stimulate the fat-to-energy process ... when you leave them aside body keeps burning fat whereas with visceral or sub-skin fat nothing that aids fat loss may occur by itself... dumbbells were to kick-start the burning process by pushing the metabolism with unexpected loading.
:)

Do as you wish and feel good. Thanks for making me laugh! :D
