During our recent 4 day trip to Seattle, it was raining on and off, cloudy, and damp. That was a couple of weeks before the heatwave hit Pacific Northwest where daytime high temperatures were around 42oC.
Snoqualmie waterfalls has a hydroelectric station at the foot of it. The falls serve like a dam without any negative effects of a man made construction.
