For quite a while I was not too happy with my capabilities to convert low light high iso shots from raw. With firmware V4 and bibble/noise ninja this has changed quite a bit. See those shots from my last business trip to Nanjing, China (clicking on the image leads to the flickr pages with full rez images):

All images were shot with the CZ16-80 on auto iso, limited to 1600, and later on processed with bibble/noise ninja.

I opened them in full-size and they look very nice. The candid subjects also are well-chosen. I don't remember where I read it, but I remember you mentioning that the electric-bike owners were not very sensitive for pedestrians under pouring rain, disregarding them while speeding past them. Well, at least you have some nice urban-candids!

Thanks again, I really enjoyed all the feedback.
All those shots were made after my working hours in a small exhibition booth at the United Nation's World Urban Forum in Nanjing. I had planned to photographically make the best out of this (probably once in a lifetime) trip to China and was more then content with the low light performance of the A700, so that even evening and night hours were not lost for making pictures.
The whole trip was quite tiresome - 7.5h time shift, 17h traveling when coming, 12h day jobs, all that adds up for a nice 'groggy' feeling. But I would definitely do it again (heading for the countryside if ever possible), it was a tremendous and positive experience.
