Spring is already ramping up in Texas after a fairly mild winter. I've posted a handful of shots from a local park with the a700 and Minolta 70-210/4. Comments and criticism are welcome, and feel free to share your own pictures here as springtime approaches!

You must be lucky in Texas
Here we are in the high 30s, low 40s and rainy...
I hope next week we'll see that springtime you're talking about

Perhaps I should have held onto these for another month or two?

Don't call us "lucky" just yet. When springtime gets here in full it's gone again in two weeks, ushering in five or six months of summer.

We had nice warm days last week, then a cold weekend, with freezing nights. Still, today I noticed a bit of crabgrass springing up thru a crack in the driveway. Time to get out the poison already!

Here's a couple more. The first is a bit of a textural experiment, too busy in my opinion, but worth a try. Your thoughts?

the last picture`s you post , is the second , the best , indeed the first picture with the purple flowers is to buzy , but the second picture is very nice
sharpness is very good , and also the colours
