Sundown last night

A couple from last night.

First one was taken from the bridge over the river Coquet at Warkworth, early evening as the sun was dropping - long shadows and nice light, looking eastwards
I think it must be great to live in that house

Second one was taken as the sun set behind Warkworth castle, from the harbour at Amble (this is where the river Coquet joins the sea)

Best wishes

Very nice - particularly the last one. I've been up to Warkworth a couple of times but it's never coincided with good light. Nice shooting.

Nice well taken tranquil scenes Murph, and I agree the house is attractive, but too my mind just a little close to the river...in case of flood.

Hi Murph,

I just love the colours in both of those - just perfect. The Northumbrian light is obvioulsy good at the moment. :D
