More tulips

Unread post by Hawk »

I've taken quite big amount of photos of tulips in my garden, but I was happy only with few shots. So I gave them another try. Below are results.

#1 Three headed tulip and his single headed companion

#2 Triangular tulip (yet another top view)

#3 Three orange tulips

Colors of the second one are very nice and it is really an unusual shot for tulip (but of course is very nice).
Here is an another one which I have been taken under a little piece of sun!!

I really understand you Doc!
Now when I am going to business trips I am also very very busy but when the whether is good I am able to capture some nice landscapes with high shutter speeds from the car and it is one of the good thing in my work!!

Thanks for comments!

Since tulips have both nice colors and nice textures I tried to combine these two aspects into some macro abstracts. Below is what I got.

#1 Red petals abstract

#2 Orange petals abstract

#3 Pink petals abstract

#1, #2, #4, #7 - all winners and the others no slouches, either. I guess you could set up an amazing series with only red tulip abstracts. Excellent work!
