Visit to the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust

We had a quick visit to the Washington Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust on Friday (eldest daughter is arranging some work experience building a portfolio to apply to study vetinary medicine)

Also the WWT centres in the UK are running a Nikon sponsored photo-competition and welcome photographers

Hi Paul, :)

The light definitely was on your side while taking these photos, otherwise the goslings may not appear so soft and cute with so many fine details captured with good contrast.

I like them all. Nice colours, nice natural environment.

ps. Good luck to your daughter. These photos would add up to a very diverse yet colourful animal kingdom portfolio. A least I think so.. :D
