I really like the photo, the composition and lighting is great, only, the green's look just a tad luminous too my eye....no great biggie though.

Hi adakshi, I recently saw some pictures in a photography magazine where a ND10 (I think) filter had been used to similar effect, but I think your image here is better. You have convinced me to get a high-stop ND filter to try something similar. There is a very attractive quality to the picture.

Can you still see to compose / focus etc. with filter in place, or do you do this before adding the filter? Do you use a screw on filter? Any particular make?

Yes Birma, I can use AF with ND8 and C-POL attached, composing is also no problem. My C-POL is Hoya Pro1 in bigger 77mm size and Hoya ND8 in 62mm size. I have another B+W C-POL and I guess stacking two C-POL will give you longer shutter speed by rotating them almost to anti-phase, you'll get variable ND filter. I am yet to test the effect though.

Anyone else stacked C-POLs?

Thanks David. How good is EeePC?

I'd like to mention that DXO software is great, specially version 5.3.4. They corrected green cast issue in dark areas for A700 and I am getting better result than LR2. I am no expert in PP and photoshop is still my weak point, but DXO, after a little effort, I think I can manage. The best part is it corrects vignetting and CA of 16-80 nicely, applies more sharpness to corners automatically to make sharpness even across the frame. I hope they come up with more lens modules.
